The CISI has been dedicated to professionalism since it emerged from the London Stock Exchange in 1992.

Richard also holds a Diploma with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). As a Chartered body with a Royal Charter spanning over 100 years, the CII aims to build public trust in the insurance and financial planning professions.
